These are my flowers that are healthy and blooming right now in my gardens.
From Cindy or Cora's Garden this year. I think I photographed this Bellflower a little past it's peak. I swore I had a bunch of these - but I only have 1 in bloom. But it snuck up in the middle of another plant that Cindy or Cora had given me...so I'm really not sure. I moved it to the North Fence after I read that they spread. I would like them in small clusters along the fence line. This involves more waiting....

I had a bunch of these little things pop up this Spring! I moved some behind the Hosta row, hoping they would bloom before the Hostas grew too big. Just a few came in and they were behind the younger plants, I also gave a few to Amy. I really like that they aren't very tall or leggy.

Both of these are from an annual hanging pot (from last year). I'm wondering if I cut these they will be more mound like for me. I love the brilliance of the flowers and the long bloom times, but they are a bit leggy. Suggestions?

This Clematis was purchased at a hardware store last year....doing better this year with bigger flowers and more of them. But the plant is not even 1/2 way up the trellis. I know, I know....it's only the first week of June. These flower start out Velvet purple then mature to a mid-blue. Supposed to bloom from May - September.

From Amy's Garden. I don't know the different types of Astilbe's, but I'm very happy with the delicate coloring. I would like to surround these with Evening Primrose, but they don't seem to be doing well for me right now. Maybe too much clay in my soil?

When we moved here there were 2 Stella Dora Lily plants along the front sidewalk. I left them there for years. Last year they got very big and began to encroach onto the walkway, so I divided them, rather aggressively late this Spring. I made a border with all the new starts. The original plant has blooms and just a few of the starts. I think the others are still in shock. I will post a photo of them when they look a little better. I read to dig them up and, from the root, make sure you have 2 to 3 good .... nodules or root balls for the section you are going to replant.
